No doubt. Halladay clearly didn't have his best stuff today. But he sure did enough to give the Jays a chance to win. He left the game after 7 innings with the Jays winning 8-3! His bullpen promptly gave up 5 runs in the 8th inning, squandering the W for Doc.
ReplyDeleteAs crazy as it sounds, Halladay should be 10-1 right now. He threw 7 shutout innings in his last start, only to have the Jays lose 1-0. Today, he left the game with a 5 run lead.
